Based on the unique tools and full-body exercises used in Strongman competitions, Treads and Sleds will get you ripped and strong in record time. Plus, it’s all outside in the beautiful Rhode Island summer sunshine!
This Saturday, July 26, at 9 a.m., we’ll be holding a free demo of our Treads and Sleds bootcamp! Entry is limited to the first 20 members to RSVP and spots are filling up fast, so make sure to reserve your chance to try out our newest group class.
