Jonathan Franklin

AAPT, Ki-Hara Level II Practitioner, CPR AED

Working in a Health Club since the age of sixteen has exposed Jonathan to various approaches in Health & Fitness. What he’s come to learn is that, regardless of each person ‘s regimen, we all have one goal in common, and that goal is to be better. So, whether you’re looking for someone to make sure you’re rigid with your routine, get you through that final set, or just introduce you to a healthier lifestyle – he’s your guy. Being a trainer as well as an athlete, has exposed him to diverse forms of training. He’s been able to grow within the aspects of each role in order to gain a better overall understanding of different elements of fitness. He strongly believes in finding the type of training that you (most importantly) enjoy, and then from there, not only working hard to make sure it is effective, but also being conscious of whether or not it’s sustainable; change should be gradual and realistic. One thing he focuses on above all else is BALANCE, which is just one of many elements that Ki-Hara has brought to his attention. The Ki-Hara Method (Link to Ki-Hara section of website), changed his workouts and his overall view on life. It states that the body tells us all that we need to know about what’s going on physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This work is truly amazing and Jonathan encourage everyone to try it. He’d love to share his fitness secrets with you. So feel free to approach him with any questions, try out a private session, or participate in one of his fun and engaging group fitness classes.
