My name is Tony and I’m one of the personal trainers at SYNRGY Health & Fitness. On behalf of the entire crew here at SYNRGY, I’d like to welcome you to the first installment of our brand new Train on Purpose blog. Every week, we’ll be bringing you the latest and greatest information about health and fitness to help you better reach your goals.
As a SYNRGY member, you expect the best. And as a staff, we go above and beyond to give you the best service, equipment and environment to help you ‘Train on Purpose.’ We’ve adopted this slogan because, just like every other aspect of life, it takes dedication, focus and purpose to reach the pinnacle of health, fitness and happiness.
With all the health and fitness information out there, it can be confusing figuring out what’s true and what’s not. We’re going to bring you the knowledge you need to cut the confusion and kick your gains into high gear. Here are some topics you can expect to read about on a regular basis:
